Commercial terms on this page apply only when paid services open and may be updated before then.
This policy explains when you can cancel an AskBharatNow service request. It applies once paid services are publicly active.
1. Cancelling before review begins
You may ask to cancel a request at any time before a reviewer starts reviewing it. To cancel, emailsupport@askbharatnow.com with the WhatsApp number used for the request and the payment reference. If the request is cancelled before review begins, you will receive a refund under theRefund Policy.
2. After review has begun
Once a reviewer has begun reviewing your request, the service has started and the request cannot be cancelled. Refunds after that point are limited to the situations listed in the Refund Policy, such as service non-delivery.
3. Cancellation by us
We may cancel a request if the submitted document cannot be processed or does not fit the selected service, or if the service cannot be completed. If we cancel a paid request, you will receive a refund under the Refund Policy.
4. Services not yet available
Services marked "Launching soon" or "Planned" on this website cannot be ordered. No payment is taken through this website.
