These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and of AskBharatNow services operated by ContextWorks Digital Systems Private Limited ("ContextWorks", "we", "us"). By using our services you agree to these terms.
1. Nature and scope of the services
AskBharatNow is currently in pre-launch. The Healthcare services and their proposed prices are displayed for information only. Orders and payments are not currently accepted. Services will become available only when officially activated.
AskBharatNow Healthcare is planned to offer informational review services. The planned services and their proposed prices are:
- Blood Report Review (₹149)
- Discharge Summary Review (₹149)
- Medical Bill Review (₹149)
Each service is designed to combine AI-assisted analysis of a document you submit with review by an appropriately qualified person, and to deliver written guidance or a written summary to help you understand the document. Who reviews each service is described in section 2. Other services shown on this website as "planned" are not offered.
The services are not emergency medical services and do not include a live consultation. AskBharatNow provides AI-assisted healthcare information and, when available, qualified human-reviewed guidance. The platform does not replace ongoing care from your treating healthcare professional. The scope of each service will be communicated before it is provided. See our Medical Disclaimer.
2. AI-assisted functionality and human review
AI-assisted systems are used to extract and organize information from your documents. They can make mistakes. AI output does not independently diagnose conditions or issue prescriptions. Preliminary AI-generated information is not clinician-reviewed guidance and is not presented as such.
When the corresponding paid service is operational:
- guidance for Blood Report Review and Discharge Summary Review is reviewed by an appropriately qualified clinician before it is sent to you; and
- Medical Bill Review is a non-clinical assessment that is reviewed by an appropriately qualified billing or insurance-domain professional. It is not a clinical review.
A paid service will be activated only after its reviewers are available and verified.
3. Clinician review
For Blood Report Review and Discharge Summary Review, an appropriately qualified clinician reviews the prepared information, and the guidance is released after that review. The review is based only on the document and information you provide. The clinician cannot examine you, and the guidance may be limited by the quality and completeness of what you submit. For Medical Bill Review, the non-clinical billing assessment is reviewed by an appropriately qualified billing or insurance-domain professional. It is not a clinical review.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, legible and complete documents that belong to you or that you are authorized to share.
- Use the services only for lawful purposes.
- Do not rely on the guidance as a substitute for professional advice from your treating doctor.
- Seek emergency care immediately if you have an urgent medical problem.
- Keep your WhatsApp account secure and tell us if you notice misuse.
5. Service limitations
We do not guarantee any particular medical outcome. For Medical Bill Review, we identify potential discrepancies for your information only: we do not guarantee any refund, any reduction of a hospital bill or any insurance claim approval, and the final decision on a bill or claim rests with the hospital or insurer. We may be unable to process documents that are unreadable, incomplete, unsupported or unrelated to the selected service, and we may ask you to resubmit them. We do not promise a specific delivery time. See Service Delivery.
6. Payment terms
Prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR) on the Services page. Payments, when enabled, are processed by Razorpay. This website does not collect payments. Refunds and cancellations are governed by ourRefund Policy and Cancellation Policy. We may change prices for future orders; the price shown to you at the time of ordering applies to that order.
7. Communication channels
Services are delivered digitally through WhatsApp. By using the service you agree that we may contact you through WhatsApp and, where you have provided it, email, about your request. Support enquiries can be sent tosupport@askbharatnow.com.
8. Privacy
Our handling of personal and health information is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual property
The website, its content and the AskBharatNow name and marks belong to ContextWorks or its licensors. Guidance delivered to you is for your personal use.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on informational guidance instead of consulting a treating clinician, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows the current version.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
