- Who provides the service?
- AskBharatNow Healthcare is provided by ContextWorks Digital Systems Private Limited. Support: support@askbharatnow.com.
- What do I receive?
- For Blood Report Review and Discharge Summary Review: guidance that helps you understand your document. For Medical Bill Review: a reviewed expense summary that helps you understand charges and spot potential discrepancies. All are prepared with AI assistance, reviewed by a qualified person, and delivered digitally.
- Who reviews the result?
- Blood reports and discharge summaries are reviewed by a qualified medical professional. Medical bills are reviewed for non-clinical billing assessments by appropriately qualified billing or insurance-domain reviewers, not by a clinician acting as a billing reviewer. In each case the version you receive is the reviewed version.
- Is a live consultation included?
- No. These services are written, informational reviews. They do not include a live call, video or in-person consultation.
- When will I receive it?
- Delivery is digital, through WhatsApp. Delivery arrangements will be confirmed in the Service Delivery policy once they are operationally confirmed. We do not promise a fixed turnaround time at this stage.
- How will I pay?
- Payment is not open yet and this website does not take payments. When a service is activated, payment will be requested through a Razorpay checkout page linked from your WhatsApp conversation.
- What about refunds and cancellation?
- Our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy describe what happens for cancellations, failed or duplicate payments and non-delivery.
- What are the limitations?
- The services do not diagnose, prescribe, or handle emergencies, and they depend on the quality and completeness of the document you submit.
