This page explains how AskBharatNow Healthcare services are delivered. The services are digital. Nothing is shipped and no physical product is delivered.

2. Delivery channel
The supported channel for submitting documents and receiving reviewed guidance is WhatsApp. Guidance is delivered to the WhatsApp number from which you made the request.
3. What happens after you submit a document
- You start a WhatsApp conversation and submit a supported document.
- The document is processed with AI assistance and the information is organized.
- You choose a review service and, once services are active, complete payment.
- A qualified reviewer examines the case: a medical professional for reports and discharge summaries, or a billing or insurance-domain reviewer for medical bills.
- The approved guidance is delivered to you through WhatsApp.
4. Delivery time
We do not promise a specific turnaround time. Timing depends on the document, clinician availability and other operational factors. We will share expected delivery arrangements with you at the time of ordering once they are operationally confirmed.
5. What you need to do
- Submit clear, complete documents.
- Use a WhatsApp number that you can access, and check for our messages.
- Reply promptly if we ask you for a clearer or additional document.
6. If we cannot deliver
If we cannot deliver the guidance for a paid request, we will tell you and handle it under theRefund Policy.
7. Not a live consultation
