The six steps

Some steps become available only when Healthcare Services are publicly activated.

  1. Step 1: Start on WhatsApp

The patient initiates a conversation with AskBharatNow on WhatsApp. No separate mobile application is needed for initial report submission.

  2. Step 2: Upload Medical Reports

The patient submits a supported document, such as a blood report, a hospital discharge summary or a medical bill.

  3. Step 3: AI-Assisted Processing

The system extracts and organizes relevant information from the document, such as findings from a report or itemized charges from a bill, so that it is easier to review.

AI prepares the information. It does not diagnose or prescribe, and it does not decide billing outcomes.

  4. Step 4: Choose a Review Service

The patient selects the available review service for their document: Blood Report Review, Discharge Summary Review or Medical Bill Review.

  5. Step 5: Secure Payment

Payment is processed using Razorpay once the service is approved and publicly activated.

Payments are not open yet. This website does not accept payments.

  6. Step 6: Reviewed Guidance

An appropriately qualified reviewer examines the case, and the platform delivers the approved result through its supported channel. Medical reports are reviewed by a qualified medical professional. Medical bills are reviewed by a billing or insurance-domain reviewer.

Guidance is informational. It does not replace a consultation with your treating doctor, and a bill review does not guarantee refunds, reduced bills or insurance claim approvals.

After the review

Your records, organized in the Patient Vault

The Patient Vault is planned. When it becomes available, eligible records and reviewed guidance are intended to build up in a longitudinal Patient Vault, so that your reports are kept together and can be read in context over time. It is not publicly available yet.
